وقتی دلتون گرفته وقتی میخواین داد بزنید از حرفاتون بگید اما محکوم به سکوتید چون کسی حرفتونو نمیفهمه چیکار میکنید؟

هیچکس حق نداره کسیرو محکوم به سکوت کنه...همیشه میتونی رو پاهات وایسی و حرفتو محکم بزنی...به نظر بقیه اهمیت نده... مهم اینه که خودت بدونی داری درست میگی...وقتی با اعتماد بنفس حرفتو بزنی وقتی بدونی و ایمان داشته باشی داری حرف درست میزنی اونوقته که بقیه هم بهت ایمان میارن...
هیچوقت مجبور نیستی از حقت بگذری.مثل یه پرنده آزاد باش...

هیچکس مجبور به هیچکاری نیست...
